THE ROLE We’re looking for a Brand & Creative Operations Manager to be the engine that keeps our brand and creative team running smoothly. You will be the crucial link between marketing and creative - building integrated ways of working, setting clear expectations, and ensuring timelines and deliverables are met from conception to completion. You’ll own the development and management of schedules, calendars, and deadlines across both seasonal 360° campaigns and evergreen content. The ideal candidate is hyper-organized, solutions-oriented, and a confident communicator who leads with candor, common sense, and collaboration. Reporting to the Director of Marketing Operations, your mission is to drive operational clarity and efficiency by managing timelines, resources, and workflows while fostering strong cross-functional partnerships. You’ll champion a culture of collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence, enabling high-impact creative work that’s as efficient as it is inspiring. WHAT YOU'LL DO Creative Operations & Process Optimization Develop, implement, and continuously improve creative workflows to drive collaboration, prioritization, and efficiency. Lead the development of Brand & Creative processes in partnership with Creative leadership and cross-functional teams. Identify needs and manage freelance/contractor support as required. Coordinate with external vendors to ensure quality, deadlines, and budgets are met. Remain adaptable in a fast-paced environment, anticipating roadblocks and staying several steps ahead. Project & Workflow Management: Plan, organize, and oversee execution of creative projects in partnership with Creative Directors and Marketing leaders Manage weekly team workflow via Asana, ensuring briefs are complete, accurate, and resourced appropriately. Build workback timelines across integrated campaigns, product launches and seasonal initiatives. Organize and lead kick-offs, status meetings, and recaps to keep all stakeholders aligned. Resource & Team Management: Coordinate with Creative Directors and the Art Director to assign tasks, manage resourcing, freelancers/contractors, vendors and facilitate creative concepts. Act as the key communicator between the creative team and business teams (marketing, operations, sales, e-commerce) to coordinate timelines, gather information, and diplomatically enforce deadlines. Build schedules and timelines for creative deliverables, including print, product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns. Support the creative team with empathy and collaboration, balancing creative ambition with logistical feasibility. Budget & Vendor Management: Oversee creative budgeting, production schedules, and internal workflow management. Manage external creative vendor relationships, ensuring deadlines and budget requirements are met. Campaign Tracking & Reporting: Build campaign calendars and trackers, detailing timelines for concepting, production, and asset delivery. Organize and lead kick-off and status meetings, providing clear and concise recaps of next steps. Quality Control: Ensure all creative deliverables go through a rigorous approval process with Creative Directors before going live. Aid in post-production timing with partners for retouching, color correction, outsourced video editing, and asset review, ensuring all steps are accounted for in scheduling and calendars. YOUR BACKGROUND 4+ years of experience in creative operations management and production in house or at a creative agency. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Asana. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS Travel domestically for business related meetings. Some lifting and the movement of moderate loads require 50-pound lifting requirement. Willingness and the ability to work outside of standard business hours, including evenings and weekends, based on business demands. COMPENSATION Our comprehensive compensation package plays a big part in how we recognize you for the impact you have on our path to achieving our mission. For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $100,000 - $110,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market, minimum wage requirements, and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.
