About The Opportunity This is an independent contractor role within a global professional network focused on personal growth, leadership, and career development. What You’ll Be Doing • Mentor & guide professionals using your HR, recruitment, onboarding and people expertise • Support individuals in aligning work with their values and purpose • Build authentic relationships through digital platforms and values-led communication • Introduce proven personal growth, leadership, and career development tools • Operate independently, managing your own schedule while collaborating within a supportive community • Participate in ongoing professional development and mentoring Who This Is For • Experienced HR professionals, Recruiters, or People & Culture leaders with 5+ years’ experience • Self-motivated, independent, and values-driven • Comfortable communicating via LinkedIn, Zoom, and digital tools (or open to learning) • Passionate about personal growth, transformation, and helping others succeed • Interested in flexible, autonomous, and meaningful work This role is particularly suitable for professionals later in their career seeking purpose, flexibility, and autonomy while maintaining influence and impact.
