Business Systems Specialist Pop! Promos is looking for a Business Systems Specialist to support and optimize our CRM platform (SugarCRM), build automation that makes everyone’s lives easier and keep our data clean, organized and ready to drive smart decisions. This role will work closely with our Director of Business Operations to shape the systems that power our fast-growing company. At Pop! Promos, we enjoy the flexibility of our hybrid policy, providing two work-from-home days a week! What You’ll Do: Maintain and optimize SugarCRM configurations, workflows, modules, automations and user permissions to boost performance and user adoption. Create and deploy new CRM features that support evolving business needs. Serve as the first point of contact for SugarCRM troubleshooting. Evaluate and optimize other business systems across the company identifying opportunities for automation and efficiencies. Collect, clean and analyze large datasets across multiple systems. Build reporting processes and dashboards that track KPIs, scorecards and operational metrics. Research and support the rollout of new tools that integrate with Pop!’s core platforms. Manage company hardware and troubleshoot basic technical issues. What we are looking for: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field 3 - 5 years of experience supporting CRM and business systems Hands-on experience with SugarCRM or other major CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365) Strong data analysis skills; proficiency in CRM reporting + Google Sheets/Excel Experience with Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar reporting tools Understanding of business process design, workflow automation, and systems integration Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements Solid problem-solving abilities and comfort working with large datasets Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams Experience supporting end users and leading training Why you will love it here: Competitive base salary commensurate with experience Comprehensive Benefit Package including health Insurance, dental and vision, short and long term disability, company paid Life Insurance and retirement plan with competitive company match Paid time off, company holidays and flex holidays Frequent company-sponsored team activities Exceptional career advancement opportunities Fun, dog friendly office Summer Fridays We're an equal opportunity employer.
