About the Position We are seeking a Document Controls Specialist III to join our Project Controls Team at Pond & Company in our Peachtree Corners, GA office. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years’ experience in Document Controls. This position will involve tracking, logging, and archiving of all project documentation, providing support to the Project Controls Manager and project teams, and contributing to project deliverables as dictated by document controls standards. We are looking for an individual who is a strategic thinker, thrives in a collaborative team environment, and is motivated to promote a positive culture and team success. Experience and Qualifications 5+ years of related experience in managing documents or project controls functions Proficiency in Excel, MS Office, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Procore, and Document Management Systems Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to maintain project communication and correspondence, prepare project closeout packages, and contribute to necessary project management document packages Strong organizational skills and attention to details Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree Prior experience with document or records management, particularly in a regulated industry like engineering or construction Strong analytical & Problem-solving skills Design and Construction document familiarity (Drawings, Specifications, Contract Documents, etc) Experience working in an A/E/C consulting environment About Pond Pond is an award-winning, full-service architecture, engineering, planning, construction management, and environmental services firm providing professional solutions to clients throughout the U.S. and globally for nearly 60 years.
