Next-Level Operator | Strategic Partner | Project Driver 25% Travel | 25% Scheduling | 50% Special Projects POLYWOOD is looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support both our Chief Operating Officer and our Chief Information Officer. How You'll Spend Your Time 25% Travel and Executive Support • Coordinate domestic travel and logistics with precision and foresight • Act as an on-the-ground extension of leadership when traveling • Anticipate needs before meetings, events, and site visits 25% High-Stakes Scheduling • Own complex, constantly shifting calendars for two executives • Prioritize ruthlessly, protect focus time, and manage tradeoffs • Prepare leaders with the right information at the right moment 50% Special Project Director • Lead cross-functional projects from idea to execution • Drive timelines, accountability, and outcomes • Translate executive vision into action across teams • Handle confidential initiatives with discretion and sound judgment What You Bring • Proven experience supporting senior executives in fast-moving environments • Exceptional organizational instincts and follow through • The ability to manage ambiguity without stress • Executive-level communication skills, written and verbal • High emotional intelligence and absolute discretion • A bias for action and an eye for what matters most You are calm under pressure, allergic to inefficiency, and proud of the fact that people trust you with the hardest things.
