About Polygon Labs Polygon Labs is a global blockchain payments company building and operating infrastructure to move money instantly, reliably, and at internet scale, with the mission to move all money onchain. It is building the Polygon Open Money Stack, an open and integrated stack of services and technologies to instantly and reliably move money anywhere, and put it to work. Its infrastructure has facilitated trillions of dollars in onchain value transfer and supported millions of transactions daily for some of the globe's largest banks, fintechs, enterprises, and consumer applications. Your Role You will define how Polygon Labs shows up on video. As Video Producer, you will take product launches, event moments, podcasts, and raw ideas and turn them into polished, high-impact content that ships fast. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in motion graphics, moves quickly from concept to final cut, and is comfortable being the go-to video expert inside a fast-moving marketing team. Your Responsibilities: Own end-to-end video production from raw inputs to final delivery Produce product demo videos, including screen recordings and feature walkthroughs Capture and edit event content, including interviews and highlight reels (with global travel as needed) Create short-form social content and podcast cut-downs optimized for major platforms Deliver fast turnarounds with tight feedback loops Collaborate cross-functionally to align on goals and incorporate feedback efficiently Leverage modern production workflows to increase speed and consistency Coordinate external support when required and maintain high quality standards What You'll Need Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality editing and motion graphics Experience producing product demos, event content, and short-form social video Ability to work quickly, manage multiple projects, and iterate under tight timelines Experience capturing interviews or event footage when needed Strong storytelling instincts and attention to detail Clear communication and collaboration skills Preferred Qualification Experience in payments, fintech, or technical product marketing Experience working with freelancers or external production partners Familiarity with blockchain or onchain payments concepts Polygon Labs is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace and is an equal opportunity employer.
