Manage and prioritize finished goods processing, order fulfillment, shipping, packaging, and inventory tasks to ensure timely and quality delivery.
1-2 years experience in logistics or shipping, proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, good English communication, knowledge of receiving and FIFO, ability to lift up to 70 lbs, and warehouse work environment.
Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm Job Summary Support the movement of Quality manufactured products out of the company. Obtain quality packaging and providing self-prioritization and “On Time” delivery to achieve company goals. Duties and responsibilities Prioritize the processing of Finished Goods, Order Fulfillment, Data Entry, and shipping. Interface with various departments and customers (Customer Service, Fab Operations, Engineering, Finance, FedEx, Nippon). Routine inventory cycle counting. Prepare materials needed for daily shipments (Box preparation). Organize, Ship in orderly manner. Maintain Quality packaging techniques. Daily Manage outgoing shipments (domestic and international) with current small parcel carriers. (FedEx, UPS) Maintain 5S initiatives, and other corporate objectives (Continuous Improvement, etc.). Assist in packaging, handling, and data filing. Maintain a flexible work schedule, OT may be available. Packaging and Shipping of Dangerous goods. (Training available) Assist receiving Chems and Gas deliveries as required. Perform other duties in the logistic Department as required. Lifting shipping boxes up to 55lbs daily Daily work hours may fluctuate due to high production output. Requirements 1-2 years' experience in Logistics, Receiving, Shipping, Order management, Production Control. Must be proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook. Excellent communication in English. Knowledge of Receiving and FIFO. Must be a US Citizen Nice to Have Experience with PSI ships, Great Plains (GP) software is a plus. FedEx, DHL and other international shipping. The knowledge of customs, tariff regulations, and requirements is a plus. Knowledge in the use of electric and manual pallet jacks, hand trucks, and banding machines is a plus. Physical Demands/Working Conditions: Ability to lift 70 lbs. Work in a warehouse environment. What We Offer Salary: The estimated base hourly rate for the position is $19 - $25. The pay offered is based on many factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, job-related experience, skills and level of the position.
