Full Description

Build products used by millions of poker players and hundreds of poker rooms worldwide. PokerAtlas is looking for a highly communicative, user-obsessed, execution-focused Product Manager to lead product delivery across our consumer (B2C) and operator (B2B) platforms. This role is ideal for a PM who values ownership over title and thrives on creating clarity—someone who can deeply understand user needs, align engineers and designers around a shared vision, and move fast in a small, collaborative team. You’ll work closely with executives, engineering, and design to turn strategy into real, shipped product. Remote, USA or Las Vegas, NV | Small, high-impact team | Real users, real revenue About the Role We’re open to Product Managers at different career stages. The right fit is someone who communicates clearly, takes ownership, and can execute efficiently in a small team—regardless of title. As a Product Manager at PokerAtlas, you’ll sit at the center of product execution, helping translate strategy into clear direction while owning product work that serves both external-facing player experiences and internal-facing poker room operations at the same time. Success in this role requires understanding how these two sides work together in real-world poker room environments. The scope and ownership of this role can flex based on experience. What You’ll Do • Own product execution from idea to launch across web and mobile-first platforms • Partner closely with the executive team to translate strategy into actionable product direction • Develop product requirements by deeply understanding real-world poker room workflows, including cash game and tournament operations, registrations, payouts and promotions. • Gather requirements that reflect how player-facing features and operator-facing tools interact in live poker room environments • Champion the voice of users by incorporating feedback, observation, and data from both players and poker room staff • Lead product work involving transactions, payments, and user flows where reliability, trust, and UX atter deeply • Write clear, detailed, and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria that engineers can build from with minimal ambiguity • Work hands-on with design to deliver world-class, intuitive user experiences, especially on mobile • Drive prioritization, trade-offs, and roadmap clarity in a resource-conscious environment • Collaborate closely with engineering on scope, sequencing, technical constraints, and delivery • Manage product processes while keeping things lightweight, practical, and effective What We’re Looking For • Product management experience at any level, with a proven track record of shipping production software • Strong, hands-on experience working with engineering teams and writing user stories that directly drive development • Experience delivering B2C products, ideally with high-usage or transactional components • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Ability to quickly understand and map real-world operational workflows and translate them into product requirements • A strong product sense and eye for high-quality UX, particularly on mobile • Comfort leading through influence rather than formal authority • Highly organized, efficient, and execution-oriented • Experience partnering closely with designers throughout the product lifecycle • Experience using product development and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Figma) • Experience with payments, transactions, or regulated user flows is a strong plus • Familiarity with poker, gaming, casinos, or hospitality is a plus—but not required Who We Are PokerAtlas is a leader in the global gaming industry, serving the needs of real-money poker players and operators with innovative web, mobile and enterprise software solutions. Our integrated PokerAtlas® (B2C) and TableCaptain® (B2B) products provide real-time information and an online registration platform for players, while delivering incremental revenue and cost-savings efficiencies to casino poker and card room operators. We are currently partnered with over 200 casino and card room operators in 10 countries, in addition to our website and mobile app user base exceeding 35 million annual visits. The company is headquartered in Las Vegas, NV with team members and support services located around the country.
