Job Summary The Contract Implementation Specialist serves as a support for the Associate Contract Specialists on the Contract Implementation team. This individual will manage the ServiceNow intake queue for contract implementation submissions and monitoring of the general email box. Other duties include various tracking and administrative tasks such as returning agreements to providers and monitoring of email boxes. This person serves as the central point for preparing, mailing, and tracking contract implementations. The Contract Implementation Specialist is responsible for ensuring all required documentation has been received and submitted for implementation and ultimately shared with the provider where applicable. Job Description Key Responsibilities/Duties – what you will be doing (top five): · Manage the intake of Contract Implementation requests in Service Now · Assign to relevant Associate Contract Specialist · Monitor email boxes and track volumes where applicable. · Store contracts and all associated documentation and information appropriately as directed by Manager · Provide status reports on a regular basis regarding volumes and assignments. · Prepares tracking documents and supports the Associate Contract Specialists under the guidance of the Manager · Manages/participates in special projects. · Other duties and projects as assigned. Qualifications – what you need to perform the job Education, Certification and Licensure ·Required: High School or equivalent Preferred: Bachelor's Degree Experience (minimum years required): · 1-2 years administrative experience in health care preferred. · Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications required.
