Reporting to the EVP | Office of the EVP About Point 1 Point 1 is a retail display and packaging company that partners with brands to design, engineer, and deliver high-quality in-store merchandising solutions. About the Role We’re looking for a Client & Operations Program Manager to work closely with the Executive Vice President (EVP) and support the smooth flow of work across both client-facing and internal teams. This role sits within the Office of the EVP and focuses on helping coordinate intake, prioritization, communication, and follow-through across Sales, Design, Estimating, and Operations. It is not a production leadership role. Instead, it supports day-to-day operations by helping keep priorities clear, information aligned, and projects moving forward. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being close to the work, collaborating across teams, and bringing structure and organization to multi-step projects. Key Responsibilities Client & Project Intake • Support the intake of new client requests and project briefs • Review incoming information to help ensure it is clear, complete, and feasible • Work with internal teams to clarify scope, timelines, and expectations before work begins • Help create and maintain project records and dossiers for internal teams Cross-Functional Coordination • Work closely with Sales, Design, Estimating, and Operations to help keep projects on track • Help ensure teams have the right information at the right time • Assist with aligning priorities and sequencing of work • Monitor progress and help flag when momentum slows or handoffs need attention EVP Support & Priority Management • Help maintain the EVP’s project and priority tracker • Support filtering and organizing incoming requests to the EVP • Assist with follow-ups so commitments are visible and tracked • Support communication and coordination on behalf of the EVP when needed Follow-Through & Alignment • Help track commitments across teams and support follow-through • Assist in identifying risks or misalignment early • Bring recurring themes or concerns to the EVP’s attention Client Communication • Follow up with clients on details, approvals, and deliverables as needed • Maintain clear and professional communication • Share relevant updates internally to support alignment Continuous Improvement • Support improvements to internal workflows, tracking tools, and documentation • Participate in initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and communication Who You Might Be • 3–5+ years of experience in program management, project coordination, client services, operations support, or a similar cross-functional role • Comfortable working with multiple teams and supporting senior leadership • Highly organized, reliable, and able to manage several priorities at once • Comfortable following up, asking questions, and keeping work moving • Clear communicator with both clients and internal teams • Detail-oriented, proactive, and thoughtful in how you approach your work • Bilingual in both English and French • Located in Greater Montreal or surrounding area Experience in packaging, manufacturing, design, or agency environments is an asset, but not required.
