We are hiring a Business Development Enablement Manager to power our new business engine. You’ll work hand-in-hand with senior leadership to elevate pitches, streamline operations, sharpen collateral, and keep our business development motion running smoothly as we scale in the US and globally. What You’ll Do Support CEOs and senior leaders across new business efforts to drive efficiency and win-rates Build, maintain, and continuously improve our global library of go-to sales materials (case studies, creds, SOW templates, one-pagers, etc.) Project manage RFPs and pre-sales efforts end-to-end with timelines, deliverables & quality checks Create and refine client-facing decks for pitches, workshops, and strategic conversations Partner with design + marketing to ensure collateral is polished, modern, and deeply on-brand Customize Statements of Work / MSAs / proposal documents aligned to client scope Own HubSpot CRM as global admin - pipelines, hygiene, deal stages, reporting, governance Be the connection point across internal teams, ensuring information flows and deadlines are met Liaise with research and insights to create smart analysis to support opportunities Support senior outbound outreach and partner ecosystem touchpoints when needed Keep resourcing and handover visibility smooth as opportunities near close What We’re Looking For 3+ years experience in sales enablement, business development, sales operations, or similar function (agency or professional services preferred) Strong experience supporting senior stakeholders and executives in high-visibility environments Comfort working across CRM platforms - HubSpot preferred Excellent deck building, writing, formatting, and communication skills Highly organized with strong project management capabilities and attention to detail Able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast-moving environment Analytical mindset - comfortable using data to inform decisions or asset development Proficiency in Google/Microsoft suite (Sheets/Excel + Slides/PPT especially) Commercial awareness and client-ready polish Bonus: familiarity with Amazon/marketplaces, retail media, eCommerce, or agency workflow Why Join Podean?
