Job Summary We are seeking a creative and versatile Content Marketing Specialist to own the storytelling across our digital channels. This role is responsible for creating compelling, on-brand content that educates, engages, and converts our audiences. From organic social media posts to blogs, emails, case studies, and white papers, you’ll help us bring our brand voice to life and support demand generation, customer engagement, and thought leadership goals. This is an execution-heavy role for a strong writer and communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing creativity with business impact. Responsibilities Content Creation Write, edit, and publish high-quality content across formats: blogs, social media posts, email campaigns, case studies, and white papers. Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across all channels. Social Media Manage and grow organic social presence (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Reddit, etc.) with engaging posts, graphics (with design support as needed), and campaigns. Monitor trends and recommend fresh ideas to increase reach and engagement. Email Marketing Draft and optimize email content for newsletters, nurture sequences, and customer communications. Collaborate with the marketing team to align email campaigns with product launches and events. Thought Leadership & Long-Form Research, outline, and write case studies, customer success stories, and white papers that showcase industry expertise. Support content strategy for webinars, in-person events, and other campaigns. Collaboration Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to translate business priorities into content that resonates with audiences. Partner with design for visuals and with demand gen for campaign execution. Analytics Track content performance (traffic, engagement, conversions) and use insights to optimize future content. About You We're looking for someone who has the following: Required: 2–4 years of professional content marketing, copywriting, or journalism experience (B2B or B2C). Exceptional writing and editing skills with attention to detail. Experience managing organic social channels and producing content calendars. Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, or equivalent). Comfortable using email/CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Marketo, etc.). Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines. Self-starter with creative energy and a collaborative mindset. Preferred Experience in EdTech, SaaS. Portfolio of published blogs, case studies, white papers, and social campaigns. Graphic design or basic video editing skills a plus.
