What You'll Do: - You will handle all inbound customer calls promptly and professionally. - You will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by customers. - You will provide accurate information about products and services. - You will document customer interactions and maintain detailed records. - You will escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary. - You will follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily. - You will contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback on customer concerns. - You will maintain a positive and empathetic attitude during all customer interactions. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. - You have strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - You possess basic technical troubleshooting abilities. - You are comfortable working independently in a remote environment. - You have proficiency with customer service software and CRM systems. - You demonstrate excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a remote call center or virtual customer service role. - Familiarity with technical products or services related to our industry. - Additional language skills beyond English. - Certification in customer service or related fields.
