7+ years in product management or cybersecurity with banking/financial services experience, expertise in CIAM and identity protocols, leadership and mentoring skills, strong communication and strategic planning abilities, and a relevant degree or equivalent experience.
Description: • Own the CIAM product strategy and roadmap • Serve as the primary liaison to C&IB line of business leaders; drive collaboration to align identity solutions with business goals and customer journeys • Lead planning, migration, and integration efforts to onboard C&IB applications to our modernized identity platform • Define and manage Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) for C&IB identity programs; establish data reporting and insights capabilities to measure and inform decisions • Lead a cross-functional team of digital identity professionals including engineers, analysts, and project leads; foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement • Ensure CIAM solutions meet internal security policies, external regulatory requirements (e.g., FFIEC, NIST), and support ongoing audit-readiness • Develop and deliver clear communications and presentations to technical and non-technical stakeholders; support change management efforts across business and technology teams • Drive automation and self-service enablement functions to simplify the onboarding and increase usage of the platform • Partner with technology development and solution design architecture SMEs to assess current capabilities and strategic architecture for commercial user authentication • Identify business outcomes and OKR’s for user authentication; secure funding, manage the backlog and build reporting and analytics to measure success • Work collaboratively across businesses / functional areas to define, sequence, and execute the enterprise roadmap for new identity management features and vendor relationships • Support development of strategy and initiatives involving federated, centralized and decentralized authentication opportunities • Responsible for end-to-end business and financial results for multiple product sets; present initiatives to gain senior management buy-in • Manage progress to ensure initiatives are completed on time, within budget and meet strategic goals • Influence product and customer experience trends by monitoring competitors or peer organizations • Lead teams responsible for translating concepts or designs into new or improved products, product lines or experiences • Participate in client-facing and external stakeholder activities throughout the product or experience lifecycle • Adhere to company-defined risk appetite as part of the first line of defense • Manage, motivate and develop one or multiple product lines and managers as well as the performance evaluation process of the Product Development Management team Requirements: • 7+ years in product management, digital identity, or cybersecurity roles (Preferred) • Prior experience in banking, financial services, or B2B digital platforms is required • Proven experience leading identity migrations or enterprise-scale platform transitions • Strong understanding of CIAM, identity federation, MFA, authentication protocols (OIDC, SAML), and risk-based authentication • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills • Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor cross-functional teams • Analytical mindset with experience defining and operationalizing performance metrics • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred) • Experience supporting migration for identity providers, PING, Transmit specifically (Desirable) • Familiar with FIDO Standards and Capabilities (Desirable) • Strong product management, design, and development skills • Ability to lead and develop a team of digital professionals, excellent management, leadership, and interpersonal skills • Strong change management skills and history as an influential and collaborative leader • Excellent strategic communication skills and strong executive presence • Experience developing multi-year, enterprise strategy for identity management and fraud / risk management capabilities • Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree • Industry experience is typically 8+ years • At least 5 years of prior management experience is typically required • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience may be considered • PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position Benefits: • medical/prescription drug coverage (with a Health Savings Account feature) • dental and vision options • employee and spouse/child life insurance • short and long-term disability protection • 401(k) with PNC match • pension and stock purchase plans • dependent care reimbursement account • back-up child/elder care • adoption, surrogacy, and doula reimbursement • educational assistance, including select programs fully paid • robust wellness program with financial incentives • paid maternity and/or parental leave • up to 11 paid holidays each year • 8 occasional absence days each year • between 15 to 25 vacation days each year, depending on career level and years of service
