Coordinate and process loan servicing requests, ensure compliance, and support process improvements.
Requires 2+ years of commercial loan servicing experience, strong interpersonal skills, and familiarity with loan processing systems.
Job Description: • serve as the primary liaison for coordinating requests from external parties regarding defaulted loans. • reviewing and processing complex Commercial Real Estate (CRE) servicing requests—such as payments, disbursements, and other related activities—while ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements. • mitigate risk, resolve payment discrepancies, and address various loan servicing inquiries. • maintain accurate loan records, execute loan maintenance transactions, and contribute to the preparation of management reports. • support special projects focused on process improvement and enhancing departmental efficiency. Requirements: • BS in Business, Finance, Real Estate or a related field and or equivalent experience. • 2+ years of related commercial loan servicing experience preferred. • Strong interpersonal skills and collaboration skills with a focus on customer service. • Ability to efficiently utilize commercial loan processing systems. • Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced work environment. • Experience with PNC Commercial Real Estate Loan Processing Systems is a plus.
