Assist with CRM, marketing collateral, social media, reporting, and general clerical support.
Requires 3+ years of full-time experience with skills in CRM, Excel, PowerPoint, and strong communication skills.
Job Description: • Maintain and update the company CRM & other company databases as applicable; training provided to be a subject matter expert on these systems • Assist with & create marketing/sales collateral such as proposals, reports, brochures, and presentations • Assist with social media posting and content coordination • Generate reports for clients & internal stakeholders • Assist with basic market and competitor research • Organize files, templates, and marketing resources • Provide general clerical support for internal/external marketing and sales activities Requirements: • 3+ years minimum paid full-time work experience using similar skills. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively across multiple platforms. • Highly competent with Excel and PowerPoint. • Organized with an ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks at once. • CRM experience a bonus-- currently using HubSpot. • Reliable, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
