What We Offer • Competitive base salary: $6000-$8000/Monthly • Performance-based bonus plan with potential earnings exceeding $100,000 annually • Paid company holidays • Generous Paid Time Off (PTO), including your birthday off • Flexible schedule with partial remote work options • Ongoing professional development through PMI Grow — a 12-week sales training program focused on strategic selling, CRM mastery, and business development Key Responsibilities As our Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding our portfolio. Responsibilities include: • Acquiring new clients and increasing managed doors/units • Designing and executing sales processes using company-designated platforms • Managing and growing our social media presence • Leading direct marketing efforts including mailers, cold calls, and outreach campaigns • Identifying acquisition opportunities and supporting onboarding during portfolio purchases • Launching new service segments and driving initial growth • Representing PMI Prime Home at networking events such as BNI, REIA, and other local organizations • Participating in PMI Grow training sessions to sharpen sales and CRM skills Requirements • Active Florida Real Estate License (to be held by PMI Prime Home) • Strong networking and relationship-building skills • Proficiency with web-based software and CRM systems • Reliable vehicle for local travel • Mobile phone and computer with internet access for remote work • Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth Why Join Us This is a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-growing, dynamic team in the real estate industry.
