Program Manager for Divestiture Transformation We are searching for a Senior Program Manager to lead a transformation divestiture program where a part of a global organization is being stood up as a separate entity. We are looking for a strong, talented Program Manager to lead the spinoff. We are looking for a Senior Consultant with diverse experience including the following: • SAP/ERP – Client is keeping SAP and needs to separate spinoff from their SAP instance. Oracle and other boundary apps are also in scope. Client has an internal PM managing this SAP portion. The Program Manager needs a good understanding / speak the language of SAP. • Shared IT facilities - same server room and network switches. Need to separate spinoff from exisiting. • Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) - Help Desk operations and 365 were centralized, will need to be separated • Contracts & Vendor Management – experience with contract negotiations is required • Experience with RFPs is required. Two immediate are Network Operations Center (NOC) and Security Operations Center (SOC). • Experience with Data Governance • PMP preferred • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including formal presentation skills and ability to translate communications from technical to non-technical based on audience understanding. • Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating a consistent commitment and ability to work with diverse work groups and individuals • Prior consulting experience preferred • Experience working cross-functionally between teams to solve problems and implement solutions. • Ability to clearly document processes and create project workflows. • Strong Program Management style (think pleasant bulldog) This is a remote role, expected to last through September 2026.
