Summary **This is a remote position** The Senior People Development Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and team members, fostering a values-driven culture and enabling high performance across the organization. This individual will play a key role in shaping the employee experience by providing strategic HR partnership, managing employee relations, and designing people development programs that support growth, engagement, and retention. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and hands-on operator—comfortable advising leaders, managing sensitive employee relations matters, and building scalable programs that strengthen culture and drive business outcomes. Description Key Responsibilities Strategic Partnership – Act as a consultative partner to leaders on organizational effectiveness, team development, talent planning, and workforce priorities. Employee Relations – Lead employee relations strategy and execution, ensuring fair, consistent, and values-based approaches that build trust and minimize risk. People Development – Design and deliver programs that enhance leadership capabilities, team effectiveness, and career development pathways across the organization. Culture & Engagement – Serve as a culture champion; design initiatives that foster inclusion, recognition, and employee engagement. Change Leadership – Partner with leaders to manage organizational change, ensuring communication, adoption, and alignment with company values. Coaching & Development – Provide coaching to leaders and team members on performance, growth, and career progression. HR Program Delivery – Collaborate with CPO, TA, and POP’s to implement HR programs effectively at the business unit level. Data & Insights – Use HR analytics and employee feedback to inform decision-making, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement. Qualifications 10+ years of progressive HR/People experience, including direct experience as an HR Business Partner. Strong background in employee relations, people development, and culture-building initiatives. Experience supporting multi-site or multi-state organizations, ideally in healthcare, services, or similarly complex industries. Proven ability to coach leaders, influence decisions, and manage sensitive issues with discretion and integrity. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with employees at all levels. Strong project management skills; able to design and implement scalable HR programs. Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree or HR certification (PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) preferred.
