Develop and grow business through on-site visits and communication, build consultative customer relationships, prospect new accounts, maintain CRM documentation, and collaborate with internal teams.
Minimum 5 years industrial tooling or related metal-cutting sales experience, high school diploma or equivalent, strong problem-solving and communication skills, CRM proficiency, valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

What You’ll Do • Develop and grow business through on-site visits, phone, and email communication. • Build strong, consultative relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor and value-added partner. • Prospect and establish new accounts to expand market presence. • Maintain regular contact with customer decision makers across departments. • Provide detailed documentation in CRM to support customer service and management. • Collaborate with Customer Service, Accounting, and Purchasing teams to ensure excellent customer support. • Stay up to date on supplier product lines and company services through ongoing training. What We’re Looking For • Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial tooling sales or related metal-cutting products. • High school diploma or equivalent. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. • Excellent communication, professionalism, and customer-first mindset. • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM tools. • Willingness to spend most of your time in the field visiting customers. • Valid driver’s license, reliable automobile, and insurance required.
