We’re currently seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives, where you'll play a pivotal role in providing exceptional service to our valued customers, agents, and partners. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be at the forefront of our customer interactions, handling inbound calls with efficiency and professionalism.   RESPONSIBILITIES * Answer inquiries via phone, email and texting regarding policies, coverages, and premiums with confidence and accuracy. * Ensure first call resolution, making the customer experience as seamless as possible. * Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all three lines of insurance (Auto, Homeowner, and Umbrella). * Cultivate strong relationships with our agents and partners, contributing to our collaborative work environment. * Utilize your analytical and decision-making skills to address policy changes and corrections effectively. * Exceed customer and agent expectations by delivering top-notch service through positive interactions and extensive product expertise. * The ability to work a flexible schedule is a critical aspect of this position. Hours for this position are shifts between: 8:00am–7:00pm Monday – Friday and 10:00am–3:00pm every third Saturday.   QUALIFICATIONS * Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. * Analytical mindset with good decision-making abilities. * Proficiency in computer skills and data entry. * High motivation to take ownership and follow up on tasks. * Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment. * Ability to work weekdays and rotational Saturdays. * High school diploma required, college degree is a plus! * Spanish language proficiency is a plus!   SALARY RANGE The pay range for this position is $49,000 to $49,500 annually.
