Location: Fulton, Maryland (Maple Lawn) Our team is hiring a part time Video Editor to work on site at our Fulton office in the Maple Lawn area. This role begins as part time with the potential to transition into a full time position based on demonstrated proficiency, performance, and business needs. About the Role The Video Editor will create short form TikToks and Reels along with longer brand videos, interviews, and testimonials. The position requires the ability to capture attention quickly through short form editing and an understanding of pacing and story structure for longer pieces. This is a part time employee role that follows federal and Maryland employment regulations. Responsibilities • Edit short form vertical content for TikTok, Instagram, and similar platforms • Edit longer brand videos, interviews, and testimonials with clear story flow • Work in Adobe Premiere Pro • Use CapCut or learn it quickly • Apply consistent and effective color grading • Edit to music with attention to rhythm and pacing • Collaborate with the creative team in office • Maintain organized project files and meet scheduled deadlines Qualifications • Proven experience editing short form and long form content • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro • Ability to use CapCut or learn it efficiently • Understanding of attention grabbing short form techniques • Strong sense of pacing and narrative for long form edits • Ability to work on site • Resume must include a link to a professional online portfolio.
