Bachelor's degree, 3+ years technical support experience, bilingual Spanish-English, proficiency in VB6, Advanced C#, JavaScript, MS SQL Server, MS Windows Server, Hawaii residency, and flexibility with shifts.
Job Mission: Resolve application incidents caused by component errors, and recommend best practices for configuring the application environment to ensure proper functionality. Additionally, channel new adjustment and/or development requests to the respective department. Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent (degree completed or near completion) • Minimum of 3 years of experience in providing technical support for software products. • Bilingual Spanish - English • Proficiency in programming languages and databases (VB6, Advanced C#, JavaScript, MS SQL Server, MS Windows Server) • Must reside in Hawai • Flexibility with shifts and work hours (bonuses are paid for completed shifts and hours) • Strong customer service skills • Banking experience is a plus • Ability to work night shifts due to the nature of the project • Tests and interviews will be conducted in English We Offer: • Home Office • Specialized training • Medical insurance bonus • Educational support benefits • Technology company perks
