Full Description

We are seeking an experienced digital marketing and healthcare professional to serve as our Digital Outreach Representative for Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services. This is a remote position requiring proficiency in digital platforms to develop relationships with healthcare practice owners and administrators. Location: Remote Position Type: Independent Contractor, 1099 Compensation: Commission-Based (Monthly Recurring) with potential for future base pay + commission Key Roles: Lead Generation, Digital Marketing, Business Development About Plural Consulting Plural Consulting is a team of healthcare founders and billing experts. The principal founder has over 15+ years managing multiple types of healthcare provider organizations: a sleep diagnostic center, multispecialty and multi-provider outpatient practices, clinical diagnostic laboratories, and behavioral health facilities. We also built and operated a healthcare facility under the “Plural” name in St. Louis from the ground up. We know firsthand what it's like to deliver great care, yet still get squeezed by insurance companies that deny valid claims and keep adding extra administrative burdens. Now we partner with exceptional practices to solve these problems: helping them increase revenue, streamline operations, and provide even better care. Our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services (billing, coding, denial management, credentialing, and more) help practices get paid fairly for the care they're already providing. We're currently expanding our digital outreach capabilities. And we're looking for someone experienced in digital marketing and lead generation to connect with practices nationwide through digital platforms. Why Work With Us • We have a proven track-record. Most healthcare clients see results within a few months (20-30% increases are common), and our retention rates reflect that success. For example, we took one Louisiana family medicine practice from constant denials to collecting an additional $24,000/month. • We do the heavy lifting using a free billing assessment. We provide practices with clear benchmarks for projected revenue increases and a detailed action plan for how we'll achieve those results. • We support you with training, scripts, references, case studies, lead tracking, and hands-on support through the whole onboarding process. Our founder's experience as a healthcare administrator, executive, and healthcare practice & facility owner provides continuous training and support. Primary Responsibilities Your job is to identify and connect with healthcare practice owners and administrators through digital platforms who could benefit from our RCM services. This includes developing relationships via LinkedIn and other professional digital channels. • Identify potential leads: Use digital platforms including LinkedIn, professional healthcare forums, social media, and other digital marketing tools to find practices struggling with billing issues (e.g., cash flow problems, high denial rates, slow reimbursements, or staffing strain/burnout). • Digital relationship building: Develop authentic relationships with practice owners and administrators through strategic digital engagement, content sharing, and consultative communication. • Make digital introductions: Connect qualified, interested practices with our team and secure their verbal agreement to schedule a free billing audit through digital communication channels. • Keep momentum: Stay involved to support the evaluation and onboarding process. Follow up digitally to ensure a smooth transition and keep things moving forward. Our focus is small to medium sized healthcare practice owners and administrators (1-15 clinicians, $50k-$400k monthly revenue). We work across specialties; size and operational fit matter most. No PHI (protected health information) is needed to make referrals. Compensation 100% commission based. You'll earn a monthly revenue share of the business you help generate for as long as they stay our client. Average commissions are ~$500-1000+ monthly recurring per client (varies by practice size). Are You The Right Fit? You're a person that practice managers trust and engage with online. They need to value your insights because you genuinely understand their challenges and always have their best interests at heart. • You're digitally connected: You actively engage with practice managers, physicians, or healthcare administrators through LinkedIn and other professional digital platforms • You're trusted: Your digital recommendations and content carry weight because people know you won't promote something they don't need • You're proactive: You're not just maintaining digital connections, you're actively looking for ways to help through strategic outreach and content • You want flexibility: You're looking to build recurring income while maintaining control over your schedule and working remotely • You have high standards: You work ethically, respect compliance boundaries, and refuse to promote something you don't believe in • You have the right experience: You must have demonstrable experience in revenue cycle management AND lead generation and/or digital marketing • You're self-sufficient: You must be able to generate leads as an independent contractor, providing your own lead generation tools and resources Digital marketing and lead generation professionals with healthcare experience do well. So do former RCM specialists, healthcare consultants, medical device digital marketers, or practice management software professionals. If healthcare practices know and trust your digital presence, we can work together. Revenue Cycle Management experience is required. You must have hands-on experience with RCM processes, billing challenges, and healthcare practice operations to effectively communicate our value proposition and build credibility with prospects.
