Plum POS Outside Sales Relationship Manager – DFW/Arlington Area-Remote Join Plum POS, a fast-growing, innovative company transforming the restaurant industry. As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll use a consultative sales approach, building trust and lasting business relationships with local restaurant owners. Bring your restaurant, bar, or hospitality experience and help us grow by understanding potential customers’ needs and pain points. If you're confident, self-motivated, disciplined, and entrepreneurial, this is the role for you! Responsibilities: • Prospect and build relationships in the restaurant, hospitality, bar, and nightclub markets. • Schedule discovery calls, in-person demos, and present proposals. • Identify customer pain points and offer tailored Plum POS solutions. • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. Qualifications: • Restaurant operations or management experience preferred. • B2B sales experience and familiarity with POS/restaurant technology. • Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to changing environments. • Self-starter with strong time management skills and a results-driven mindset. • Must Reside in TX Compensation & Perks: • Commission-based with first-year earnings of a Realistic $80K–$125K. • Uncapped commissions, monthly residuals, and optional Signing Bonus Advance (50% of first-year profit). • Opportunity for health benefits after meeting sales goals. • Bi-weekly business expense allowance.
