The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, hands-on Salesforce knowledge, and experience working closely with technical and business teams.Required Skills • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst. • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Reports & Dashboards, and standard CRM processes. • Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments. • Experience writing user stories, BRDs, FRDs, and process documentation. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Experience with UAT coordination and process workflows. • Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Lucidchart, or similar.
