We’re seeking a Vault Operations Manager to join our core team and own the day-to-day operations of our vault products. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of traditional finance and DeFi, with exposure to asset management, portfolio strategy, and on-chain infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Maintain relationships with asset issuers, custodians, and validators to ensure smooth operations and reporting. Assist with portfolio allocation and rebalancing decisions across multiple vaults, balancing yield, risk ratings, and liquidity. Oversee daily vault processes, including NAV calculation, price updates, and reporting. Monitor liquidity, redemption timelines, and yield performance to support portfolio management. Coordinate vault product issues with internal technology and research teams, ensuring timely resolution. Manage the onboarding process for new assets, from due diligence through integration into existing vaults. Qualifications 2–3 years of experience in fund operations, portfolio operations, or sales & trading at an asset manager, hedge fund, or investment bank. Familiarity with NAV processes, portfolio accounting, and trade/settlement operations. Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate yield vs. risk across asset classes. Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related discipline. Clear written and verbal communication skills, with comfort working across investment, operational, and technology teams. Strong attention to detail and ability to operate in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment. Preferred Exposure to digital assets, tokenization, or blockchain markets. Experience with alternative or private credit products. Comfort with data tools, on-chain analytics platforms, or financial modeling.
