Business Development Manager – High Residual Commission | Full-Time or Part-Time Austin-Dallas–Fort Worth or Houston Metroplex-Must live in one of these areas. As a Plum POS Outside Sales Representative, you’ll use a consultative sales approach to build strong, lasting relationships with local restaurant and business owners. You’ll listen first, ask smart questions, and present solutions that help owners run smoother operations, improve profitability, and deliver better guest experiences. Essential Duties & Responsibilities • Prospect and canvas within the restaurant, hospitality, bar, and nightclub markets • Schedule discovery calls with prospective customers • Conduct in-person presentations, product demos, and proposals • Identify client needs and match them with Plum POS solutions • Manage the full sales cycle from lead to close What You Bring to the Table • Proven drive for sales success and hitting goals • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Quick learner, adaptable with new technology • Self-starter with excellent time management • Previous B2B or restaurant/hospitality sales experience a plus Compensation • Commission-based role with first-year expected earnings: $80,000–$125,000+ • Monthly recurring residuals (build long-term income) • Optional signing bonus advance (50% of first-year profit margins) • Bi-weekly business expense allowance • Career path to full-time with benefits after hitting sales goals Work Location: On the road (Dallas–Fort Worth or Houston Metroplex) Industry: Restaurant Technology / Software Development Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time Industry • Software Development Employment Type Full-time
