Backed by world-class investors such as PayPal Ventures, Motive Partners, and Speedinvest, we have raised over $100 million in equity financing to date. We’re just getting started and are looking for more people to join us on our journey! ABOUT THE ROLE We run an outbound‑heavy GTM model and need a marketer who can build the marketing engine behind that motion. You’ll own the intersection of marketing operations (processes, data, automation, tooling) and performance marketing (paid acquisition, ABM, lifecycle growth). Your mission: make sure every campaign, channel, and SDR sequence is fueled by clean data, seamless tech, and clear insights—while driving qualified pipeline at scale. WHAT YOU’LL DO Marketing Operations (≈ 50 %) • Architect, administer, and continuously optimize our revenue tech stack (HubSpot, GA4, DreamData, etc.). • Design end‑to‑end lead‑management and scoring flows that ensure airtight hand‑offs to Sales. • Implement and operationalize intent and signal tools (e.g. 6sense, Bombora, Demandbase) to surface the right accounts at the right time. • Own data hygiene, enrichment, and attribution modeling; partner with RevOps to maintain a single source of truth. • Build dashboards and automate reporting that give Marketing & Sales instant visibility into funnel health and campaign performance. Performance & Growth Marketing (≈ 35 %) • Plan, launch, and optimize paid programs across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, programmatic, and emerging channels. • Develop outbound‑aligned, multi‑touch ABM plays targeting our ICP across the buyer journey. • Run growth experiments (A/B, multivariate) to improve conversion and lower CAC across web, landing pages, and nurture sequences. • Collaborate with Content & Design on creative, messaging, and offers tailored to segment and intent stage. Cross‑Functional Enablement (≈ 15 %) • Partner daily with RevOps & Sales to translate intent data into outreach cadences that convert. • Forecast pipeline impacts, budget allocation, and ROI for quarterly planning. WHAT YOU’LL BRING • 3+ years of B2B marketing (ops) experience, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or payments, with a focus on sales enablement, partnerships and event marketing. • Proven success launching go-to-market campaigns, managing cross-channel initiatives, and owning lead-gen KPIs. • Strong grasp of marketing tools, CRM, and marketing automation. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and an ability to adapt content for different formats and personas. • Experience with performance marketing is a strong plus. • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action; you thrive in a test-and-learn environment. • Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced, remote-friendly startup environment. • Authorization to work in the United States; based in or willing to relocate to New York. WHAT WE OFFER • Pivotal role in building the US growth engine of a top European fintech. • Competitive compensation package including base salary, performance bonus, and equity. • Work from our NY hub with occasional flexibility to work from home when needed. • Premium health, dental, and vision coverage; 401(k) with company match. • Company card with monthly allowance for team lunches. • Annual learning & development budget and optional executive coaching. • High-trust, low-ego team with a strong performance and collaboration culture. • International environment with ambitious colleagues across the US and Europe.
