Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in senior care, memory care, or working with individuals with developmental disabilities. This role is vital in enhancing the quality of life for our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and dignity. Responsibilities • Provide medication administration and monitor residents for any changes in health status. • Uphold resident rights and ensure privacy and dignity are maintained at all times. • Document care provided and report any concerns or changes in resident conditions to the manager. • Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents. Requirements • Must be able to work Saturday and Sunday 3-11 • Previous experience in nursing homes, retirement homes, or long-term care settings is preferred but not required.
