15+ years marketing leadership with national/global entertainment or consumer brand experience, 8+ years affiliate marketing, and expertise in B2C multi-channel marketing.
We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and results-driven Vice President of Marketing. In this role, you will report to the GM of The Win Zone and will be responsible for leading our marketing organization and elevating our brand presence across the entertainment landscape. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader who has successfully launched and scaled national entertainment brands via multi-channel campaigns — including digital, experiential, partnerships, PR, and traditional media. This individual will oversee brand strategy, go-to-market planning, user acquisition, customer retention, and marketing analytics, with a strong emphasis on creativity, cross-functional leadership, and performance metrics. Duties and Responsibilities Strategic Leadership • Develop and execute a holistic marketing strategy to build brand equity and drive business growth. • Spearhead national marketing campaigns for major product launches, IPs, or platform expansions. • Partner with executive leadership on company-wide positioning, mission alignment, and audience development. Brand Building • Lead storytelling efforts that resonate with target audiences and differentiate the brand in a crowded market. • Oversee brand identity, tone of voice, and creative standards across all channels and experiences. Integrated Campaigns • Design and manage 360° marketing programs that integrate digital, broadcast, experiential, influencer, PR, and promotional channels. • Leverage first-party and third-party data to inform campaign segmentation, targeting, and measurement. Team Development • Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team across brand, growth, creative, and communications functions. • Cultivate a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration. Partnerships & Media • Establish and maintain relationships with key agencies, media outlets, talent, and entertainment partners. • Negotiate and oversee major sponsorships, licensing deals, and strategic alliances. Data-Driven Execution • Establish KPIs, reporting standards, and real-time dashboards to monitor campaign performance and ROI. • Collaborate with Product, Sales, Analytics, and Engineering to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Requirements • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in marketing, with a strong record of launching national or global entertainment or consumer brands. • 8+ years of experience in affiliate marketing strategy, management, and execution. • Proven success leading high-visibility, multi-platform brand campaigns. • Experience in B2C marketing across channels such as digital media, broadcast, retail, experiential, and influencer ecosystems. • Deep understanding of consumer behavior, media planning, and creative strategy. Preferred • Background in gaming, streaming, entertainment, or media sectors. • Experience managing agency relationships and internal creative/production teams. • Strong executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to influence across C-suite and board levels.
