Junior Game Developer Job Summary We are seeking a Junior Game Developer who is precise in their work and learns quickly from mistakes. As a member of the team, you will assist in developing the Casino Games as the company's products. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in Game development on Game client side (Visual representation of the game, Game Logic, Animations). Our custom game engine gives us the flexibility to build slot, table, and crash games. You’ll be working with our Java engine, but we expect our tech stack to grow over time. Being open to learning TypeScript and other languages is a plus. More About Our Employees Our team works fully in English and is spread across several countries. Our team is international and cross-functional, with many developers in Ukraine and many others across different regions. We operate remotely, with multiple offices available for those who prefer hybrid work. You’ll be part of an international, cross-functional group where you’ll collaborate not only with developers but also with our game studio team including artists, animators, game producers, designers and back-end developers. Key Responsibilities: Implement game logic based on design requirements Produce resilient and maintainable code in Java Perform dev verification and code reviews Fix bugs and optimize performance Work according Agile principles (participation in standups, retrospectives) from the start of the development process till release Required Skills & Experience Knowledge of Java Core We prefer any kind of tech education Strong English skills (min B2+ oral and written) Willingness to learn Curiosity Ability to work with feedback Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of Type Script Experience in the Casino Game development industry Familiarity with JIRA, Gitlab, Maven Understanding of basic Algorithms, Patterns and SOLID principles
