Hours Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 9:30 am - 6 pm with some Saturday availability as needed. Must be available each of these days and to work the full shift. Schedule flexibility will be discussed during the hiring process. Job Summary We are looking for a cheerful, organized Front Desk Coordinator to help us create bright smiles from the very first hello! Duties • Greet patients and parents warmly, ensuring a positive and child-friendly environment. • Answer phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries promptly and courteously. • Schedule, confirm, and modify appointments using the practice’s dental software. • Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits prior to appointments. • Collect co-pays and payments and assist with financial arrangements as directed. • Maintain accurate patient records and update contact or insurance information. • Ensure the reception area and restroom is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times. • Communicate effectively with the clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow and minimal wait times. • Handle patient concerns and questions with empathy and professionalism. • Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations when handling patient information. • Assist with filing, scanning, and other administrative tasks as needed. • Support compliance with OSHA and infection control standards for non-clinical areas.
