What You Will Do Own end-to-end product design for complex Al-powered workflows across web, desktop, and mobile. Partner closely with PM and Engineering to drive experience decisions from discovery to launch. Translate Al capabilities into clear, usable, and trustworthy user experiences. Lead design decisions within a Pod, ensuring quality, consistency, and delivery predictability. Validate solutions through rapid iteration, user feedback, and usability testing. Skills, Qualifications and Experience We Look for 5+ years of product design experience on complex digital products (SaaS, Al, or platforms). Strong system thinking and ability to design for ambiguity and evolving requirements. Hands-on experience designing Al-driven or data-intensive user experiences. Fluent or near-native English communication skills (spoken and written). Proven ability to work independently as an owner, not just an executor.
