What You Will Do Define the global product experience standard and visual language; build and maintain the cross-platform Design System (App/Web/Desktop). Design and implement AI-native interaction paradigms (Agents, intent-based workflows, multi-turn dialogues). Lead information architecture and core interaction frameworks, delivering high-quality, high-fidelity design specifications. Serve as the design quality gatekeeper, reviewing and elevating deliverables from the China-based design team to ensure international SOTA standards. Establish effective cross-cultural and asynchronous collaboration processes, enabling scalable and consistent design execution across global teams. Skills, Qualifications and Experience We Look for 8–12+ years of UI/UX design experience with real product launches in North America or Europe. Demonstrated ability to build Design Systems, visual languages, and multi-platform interaction frameworks. Strong experience in AI product interaction (e.g., agents, conversational UX, intent modeling, AI workflows). Deep product thinking and the ability to articulate design rationale, problem framing, and end-to-end decision-making. Excellent communication skills; fluent in English; proven cross-cultural collaboration experience in distributed teams.
