Full Description

Location: Wethersfield, CT (In-person, Monday to Friday) Job Overview: We are seeking a Sales and Customer Service Associate to join our growing team. In this full-time, in-person role, you’ll be the face of our company, engaging with customers directly and promoting the products and services of our clients. You’ll provide top-notch customer service, answer inquiries, and work to build long-lasting customer relationships. We offer hands-on training, and no prior experience is required. Key Responsibilities: • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and building customer relationships • Conduct in-person sales and promotions on behalf of our clients • Assist in meeting sales targets and contribute to team goals • Maintain product knowledge and communicate effectively to customers • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations • Handle customer feedback, inquiries, and follow-up actions with professionalism • Grow into leadership opportunities through development and performance Required Qualifications: • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse situations • Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required • Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and the drive to succeed • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team • Leadership potential and a desire to grow into a managerial role Preferred Qualifications: • Previous experience in a sales or customer service role • Ability to speak a second language (a bonus, not required) Benefits & Perks: • Competitive commission structure and performance bonuses • Growth opportunities with the chance to advance into leadership and management positions • Hands-on training and leadership development programs • A supportive, team-oriented work environment that values integrity and development Application Instructions: To apply, please submit your resume via Indeed!
