Platinum Outsourcing is an award winning, Australian owned and managed co sourcing BPO – out of both the Philippines and Indonesia. We are a fast growing scale-up, opening our first offices in the Philippines only 4.5 years ago (and growing to 200+ employees in that time). We have plans to expand to 500+ employees over the next 3 years. We are seeking an experienced Payroll Assistant, who has a minimum 3 years experience in Australian payroll. Our client is the worlds largest body piercing retailer – with over 70 stores in both Australia and New Zealand. They are building a remote team for the first time, and this is one of 5 initial hires. Please review the following criteria carefully before applying. The role: • Execute end-to-end payroll process • Validate employee time and attendance records • Calculate and process wages, overtime, bonuses, and other payroll components with precision • Manage adjustments, allowances, deductions, bonuses and withholdings • Calculate termination payments and process workers' compensation payments Required Experience: • Proven experience in AU payroll processing and administration • Knowledge of payroll regulations • Familiarity with payroll software and related technologies • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Excellent organisational and time-management skills • Effective communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field What we offer: • Above market remuneration • HMO from Day 1 (primary and one dependent) • Performance incentives • Team building events and activities • Brand new IT equipment • 15 days VL • 5 days sick leave • 13 month and all other government mandated benefits
