About the Role: The Marcomms team is seeking a proactive Digital Content Marketing Associate to elevate brand awareness and drive a qualified pipeline for our sales teams. This role will shape Medlive’s content strategy by creating and managing high-impact content across our website, blog, and LinkedIn channels while ensuring consistency in messaging and brand voice. The ideal candidate will optimize content for SEO, leverage analytics tools like Salesforce/Pardot and Google Analytics to track performance, and collaborate across teams to enhance engagement. Additional responsibilities include expanding content reach through strategic partnerships, and positioning Medlive executives as thought leaders in digital healthcare education and engagement. Key Responsibilities: • Develop, write, and manage long-form content for Medlive’s website, blog, and LinkedIn channels, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and brand voice; experience managing editorial calendars and content marketing plans required. • Work closely with Social Media, Design, and Audience teams to align content distribution and maximize engagement across all platforms. • Ensure all content follows SEO best practices, leveraging keyword research and analytics to improve visibility and organic reach. • Use Salesforce/Pardot and Google Analytics to track engagement, website traffic, and lead conversions, refining content strategies based on performance insights; previous experience using these tools is required. • Drive audience growth through earned media partnerships, influencer outreach, guest posting, and content syndication. • Engage with industry communities and stakeholders to position Medlive executives as experts in digital healthcare technology. • Stay informed on digital healthcare education and engagement trends to inform strategy and maintain relevance. About You: What • 3–5 years of experience in content marketing or digital marketing, preferably in medical education, healthtech, pharmaceutical, or biotech. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications. • Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex topics into compelling, audience-focused content. • Hands-on experience with analytics and CRM tools like Salesforce/Pardot and Google Analytics. • Experience managing editorial calendars and executing multi-channel content marketing plans. • Proficiency in SEO best practices, content optimization, and data-driven decision-making. How • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities. • Collaborative team player who can build strong cross-functional relationships and drive initiatives forward. • Bonus: Experience with task management tools like ASANA
