An exciting opportunity exists for a Salesforce Business Analyst with Clarizen and Gainsight to do a contract 6 months+ opportunity - you will be ideally based in the Bay area and that is preferable although remote is also fine. There is a possible extension here also! USC or GC Holders ONLY. Key skills required : 5 years+ Salesforce Process Mapping Data flows within Professional Services (Clarizen) and Customer Success (Gainsight) Model Design ???Systems Integration & Data Flow Design Data Migration Strategy Data Quality and Cleansing User Story UAT Planning Risk Management Change Enablement ??? Service delivery lifecycles, resource management, customer health scoring, and renewal processes. Clarizen (or PSA tool like OpenAir/FinancialForce) and Gainsight (or ChurnZero/Catalyst).??? Salesforce architecture Data models Gap analysis, process modeling, and requirements definition specifically within a post-M&A integration. ???Data Migration & Quality Management: UAT Leadership & Stakeholder Communication Salesforce certified Consulting / strong communication skills - ESSENTIAL The role involves a multitude of things including salesforce admin, DevOps, requirements gathering, business process mapping, user stories, data migration, data model and all of the above.
