At our Las Vegas office, we're seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Licensed Insurance Agents. We're not after sales sharks; we're looking for empathetic individuals who prioritize helping others enroll in the right insurance plans. Who We Are PlanFit (MyPlanFit.com) is a Medicare insurance brokerage who helps the 65 million people across the U.S. with Medicare plan guidance. We’ve been around since 2011 and we help people sleep better at night knowing their healthcare coverage is the right fit for them. Your Compensation In addition to a competitive base salary of $22.50 per hour (approximately $45,000/year), your compensation is directly tied to your success. With a bonus structure of $25 for each enrollment, your earning potential is uncapped. Here's a breakdown: Bonus Structure: $25 per enrollment Target of 2 enrollments per day = $50 $50 per day for 20 work days per month = $1000 per month $1000 per month = $12,000 per year $45,000 salary plus $12,000 bonus = Target Compensation of $57,000 per year, but the more enrollments completed, the higher your income will be. You’re paid this bonus even if you help someone find a plan we don’t represent – your only goal is to help better someone’s situation. Your mission will be to assist individuals across all 50 states in finding the insurance coverage that best suits their needs and budget.
