Role Overview: As a Supply Chain Accounts Manager at PlanetArt, you will play a critical role in supporting the Operations department by managing key supply chain accounts and driving process improvements. Your proactive leadership and business acumen will ensure seamless coordination between suppliers, internal teams, and stakeholders to optimize supply chain efficiency and financial performance. What You'll Do: - You will manage and maintain strong relationships with supply chain partners and vendors to ensure timely and accurate account management. - You will analyze supply chain data and financial reports to identify opportunities for cost savings and process enhancements. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, logistics, and finance to streamline operations and resolve issues. - You will lead initiatives to improve supply chain processes, enhancing overall efficiency and reducing operational risks. - You will prepare and present regular reports on supply chain account performance to senior management. - You will oversee contract negotiations and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. - You will support the implementation of new technologies and systems to improve supply chain visibility and control. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management or accounts management within a related industry. - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and supply chain software. - Excellent organizational and project management abilities. - Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive change. - Solid understanding of financial principles related to supply chain accounts. - Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with diverse stakeholders. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in e-commerce or personalized product industries. - Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle. - Certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS, CSCP). - Familiarity with contract law and negotiation techniques.
