Your proactive leadership and business acumen will ensure seamless coordination between suppliers, internal teams, and stakeholders to optimize supply chain efficiency and financial performance. What You'll Do: - You will manage and maintain strong relationships with supply chain partners and vendors to ensure timely and accurate account management. - You will analyze supply chain data and financial reports to identify opportunities for cost savings and process enhancements. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, logistics, and finance to streamline operations and resolve issues. - You will lead initiatives to improve supply chain processes, enhancing overall efficiency and reducing operational risks. - You will prepare and present regular reports on supply chain account performance to senior management. - You will oversee contract negotiations and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. - You will support the implementation of new technologies and systems to improve supply chain visibility and control. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management or accounts management within a related industry. - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and supply chain software. - Excellent organizational and project management abilities. - Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive change. - Solid understanding of financial principles related to supply chain accounts. - Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with diverse stakeholders. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in e-commerce or personalized product industries. - Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle. - Certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS, CSCP). - Familiarity with contract law and negotiation techniques.
