Role Overview: As a Supply Chain Accounts Manager at PlanetArt, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Operations department by managing supply chain accounts with precision and strategic insight. Your focus will be on optimizing processes, enhancing supplier relationships, and driving operational excellence to ensure seamless supply chain performance. What You'll Do: - You will manage and oversee supply chain accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline supply chain operations and improve efficiency. - You will analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. - You will lead initiatives to enhance supplier performance and negotiate favorable terms. - You will develop and implement process improvements to reduce costs and increase productivity. - You will prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management to support decision-making. - You will ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. - You will proactively identify and resolve supply chain issues to maintain operational continuity. What You Bring: - You bring at least 5 years of experience in supply chain management or accounts management within a related industry. - You have strong organizational skills and a proven track record in process improvement. - You possess excellent analytical abilities and proficiency with supply chain management software. - You demonstrate effective leadership and communication skills to manage cross-functional teams. - You have a solid understanding of financial principles related to supply chain accounts. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle. - Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., APICS, CSCP). - Background in negotiating supplier contracts and managing vendor relationships. - Knowledge of sustainability practices within supply chain operations.
