Your focus will be on optimizing processes, enhancing supplier relationships, and driving operational excellence to ensure seamless supply chain performance. What You'll Do: - You will manage and oversee supply chain accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline supply chain operations and improve efficiency. - You will analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. - You will lead initiatives to enhance supplier performance and negotiate favorable terms. - You will develop and implement process improvements to reduce costs and increase productivity. - You will prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management to support decision-making. - You will ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. - You will proactively identify and resolve supply chain issues to maintain operational continuity. What You Bring: - You bring at least 5 years of experience in supply chain management or accounts management within a related industry. - You have strong organizational skills and a proven track record in process improvement. - You possess excellent analytical abilities and proficiency with supply chain management software. - You demonstrate effective leadership and communication skills to manage cross-functional teams. - You have a solid understanding of financial principles related to supply chain accounts. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle. - Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., APICS, CSCP). - Background in negotiating supplier contracts and managing vendor relationships. - Knowledge of sustainability practices within supply chain operations.
