This role requires a high-energy, motivated individual who excels in organizational skills, process improvement, and proactive leadership to drive operational excellence and business growth. What You'll Do: - You will manage and oversee supply chain accounts to ensure accuracy and timely processing. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline supply chain processes and improve efficiency. - You will analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. - You will lead initiatives to enhance supplier relationships and negotiate favorable terms. - You will develop and implement process improvements to optimize supply chain operations. - You will prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management. - You will ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. - You will support the Operations department in achieving strategic goals and objectives. What You Bring: - 5+ years of experience in supply chain management or accounts management within a related industry. - Strong organizational and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail. - Proficiency in supply chain management software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Excellent communication and leadership abilities. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle. - Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies. - Previous experience in e-commerce or retail supply chain environments. - Advanced Excel skills including data modeling and pivot tables.
