Your expertise will support strategic planning and operational efficiency, ensuring the company meets customer demand while optimizing inventory and resources. What You'll Do: - You will analyze historical sales data and market trends to develop reliable demand forecasts. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, supply chain, and product development to align forecasts with business objectives. - You will design and implement forecasting models and tools to improve accuracy and efficiency. - You will monitor forecast performance and adjust models based on new data and changing market conditions. - You will prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders. - You will identify risks and opportunities related to demand fluctuations and advise on mitigation strategies. - You will mentor junior analysts and contribute to the continuous improvement of forecasting processes. What You Bring: - You have 5+ years of experience in forecasting, demand planning, or a related analytical role. - You possess strong proficiency in statistical analysis and forecasting software such as SAS, R, or Python. - You have advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. - You demonstrate excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. - You have strong communication skills to effectively present complex data insights to diverse audiences. - You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the personalized products or e-commerce industry. - Knowledge of supply chain management and inventory optimization. - Familiarity with machine learning techniques applied to forecasting. - Advanced degree such as a Master’s or MBA.
