What You'll Do: - You will analyze historical sales data and market trends to develop reliable demand forecasts. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and supply chain to align forecasting with business goals. - You will identify and communicate risks and opportunities related to demand fluctuations. - You will develop and maintain forecasting models and tools to improve accuracy and efficiency. - You will monitor forecast performance and implement continuous improvements. - You will prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management. - You will support inventory optimization efforts to reduce costs and improve service levels. - You will contribute to strategic planning by providing insights on market dynamics and customer behavior. What You Bring: - You have 5+ years of experience in forecasting, demand planning, or a related analytical role. - You possess strong proficiency in statistical forecasting methods and tools such as Excel, SQL, and forecasting software. - You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. - You demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively present complex data to diverse audiences. - You have experience working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
