Position: Sr. Maintenance Technician Type: Full-Time Location: South Orange County, CA Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM We’re looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician to join a growing medical device manufacturing team in South Orange County! This is a full-time, onsite role (Monday–Friday, 7 AM–4 PM) supporting facilities and production operations in a cGMP-regulated environment. The right person will have hands-on experience maintaining and troubleshooting HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems within cleanroom or life-science settings. What you’ll do: • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on cleanrooms, utilities, and manufacturing equipment • Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems • Maintain accurate records using a CMMS (Maximo experience a plus) • Support equipment installs and facility upgrades • Collaborate with production and facilities teams to ensure smooth operations What we’re looking for: • 2–8+ years of maintenance experience (GMP or regulated manufacturing preferred) • Strong HVAC background • Experience with boilers, chillers, compressors, and building management systems • Excellent communication and documentation skills If you’re ready to bring your technical skills to a dynamic and growing organization, apply today to learn more!
