Role and Responsibilities: As an Member Service Supervisor, you will collaborate with the General Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure outstanding member satisfaction, and support the overall success of the club. In this leadership role, you will mentor and guide a dedicated team, maintain service excellence, and ensure efficient daily operations. • Recruit, train, and develop Member Service Representatives, Trainers, and Custodians. • Promote a welcoming environment for members, guests, and prospects while delivering exceptional customer service. • Organize staff schedules to guarantee full coverage for all shifts. • Lead by example through coaching, training, and accountability. • Address employee concerns and assist with disciplinary actions in coordination with leadership. • Oversee front desk activities, including calls, check-ins, sign-ups, tours, and account updates. • Ensure timely facility opening and closing while maintaining safety compliance. • Supervise daily cleaning responsibilities and uphold cleanliness standards. • Monitor equipment performance and coordinate timely repairs. • Support marketing initiatives by training staff on promotions and special offers. • Approve expenses, process refunds, and complete daily bank deposits. • Submit HR documentation to Corporate HR as required. • Track and analyze weekly, monthly, and annual performance metrics. • Provide operational support during staff absences. Required Skills and Experience: • Customer service background preferred. • Must be at least 18 years old. • Basic computer proficiency. • Passion for fitness and wellness. • Reliable, punctual, and positive work ethic. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to listen, empathize, resolve issues, and remain professional. • High School diploma or GED preferred. Preferred Qualifications: • Supervisory or leadership experience. • Background in fitness, health, or wellness industries.
