Full Description

Full - Time: Starting at $12 per hour. Hours include Monday-Thursday 2pm-10pm, Friday 1pm-9pm, and weekends between 7am-7pm. Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date. Customer Service Representative Benefits: • Growth Opportunities over 90% of our management team started as an entry level team member! • Competitive pay and schedule hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date. • Shift-differential pay for select shifts • PTO for all employees • 401K Retirement Fund (Employer match up to 4%!) • Health Insurance Options including Health, Dental, Vision, family life insurance, and more • Basic Life Insurance & Short-Term Disability I00% Company Paid! • Employee Assistance Program • Free employee Black Card Membership including one free Black Card Membership for a direct family member Customer Service Representative Responsibilities: Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience. • Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script • Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities. • Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner • Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system • Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members • Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment. Job Requirements: • Customer service experience • High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred • Must be 18 years of age or older • Basic computer proficiency Physical Demands: • Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling • Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. • Will encounter cleaning chemicals during shift • Frequent climbing, balancing, kneeling and crouching during shift • Continual reaching with hands/fingers/arms during shift
