What this job entails: • Production timelines & checklists • Vendor follow-ups (cut/sew, embroidery, print, fulfillment) • Inventory coordination • Light HR / payroll coordination (not strategy — execution) • Basically: “keep the trains running so the boss can build” Ideal cadence: • 24 hours/week • More consistent weekly involvement than design Pay Range: $25-$30 based on experience
