Full Description

I am working with a Series A funded ClimaTech business looking for a Founding VP Engineering, reporting directly into the founder. You will lead the technical team and drive the development of all AI-powered applications in the climate finance space. You will be responsible for the overall technical strategy, execution, and delivery of all products. You will have: • 10+ years of experience in full-stack web development and AI/ML engineering. • Proven track record of building and leading engineering teams, specifically within the start up space • Wealth of experience building RAG models • Extensive experience integrating AI/ML services via APIs - OpenAI, Anthropic, etc. • Deep understanding of large language model APIs, prompt engineering, and LLM workflow design. • Experience with modern web stacks and frameworks (React, Node, or similar) and API development. • Strong system design and architecture skills.
